Stockton, CA – The San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission (SJRRC) is excited to announce that it was awarded $57 million from the Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program (TIRCP) towards extending its Valley Rail Program from Ceres to Turlock.

SJRRC has developed a proposed overall (triennial) DBE goal for the three federal fiscal years beginning October 1, 2022, and ending September 30, 2025.
